While I lived in Paris during 2014, there was one museum that I never had the chance to visit: The Central Pompidou. The building is covered in brightly painted air vents and dull piping, and is it often called one of the ugliest building in Paris. However, inside the interesting exterior are hundreds the pieces of art. This Modern Art museum has everything from Salvador Dali to Pablo Picasso. So if you find you need some color in your life on a rainy day in Paris, head over to the Central Pompidou, which is also surround by lots of original street art and street performers.
